Is God Fair?

A question that should never be asked. The bible says that God is just. To even ask the question is to be weighing God's decisions. How could I evaluate God? If I were to evaluate him wouldn't that mean that I am ready to advise him? I feel convicted reading Matt. 20, the parable of the workers in the vineyard. There have been times when I have found myself saying, "Is this fair?" Thank God he has not paid me what I deserve! I am an object of wrath. He is generous and full of grace. I want him to deal with me on his mercy and grace and not on my merit, because I merit nothing. Lord, whatever situation I am in, I trust you to use it for your glory.
